Dr. Chase
Dr. T. Chase Cornils was raised in the small town of Hagerstown, Indiana. He attended Ball State University for his undergraduate education. Dr. Chase received his D.D.S. degree from IU School of Dentistry. His father is a retired dentist, and his two sisters are practicing dentistry in Hagerstown and Greenfield.
Along with family and friends, Dr. Chase enjoys spending time with his wife, Kerry, who is a gymnastics instructor at Muncie's Cole Academy, and his two children -- son, Carter and daughter, Cameran.
Dr. Chase enjoys being active by going to the gym or playing sports including flag football, basketball, bowling, mini marathons, and golf. Along with playing sports, Dr. Chase is also a fan of watching them, especially the Indianapolis Colts.
Dr. Chase is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and East Central Indiana Dental Association. He has served as the VP and President of the East Central Dental Society.
